PRINCESS YUE / THE MOON SPIRIT
Born in the Northern Water Tribe, 16-year-old Princess Yue is the only child of Chief Arnook and the only person at the North Pole to have white hair. When Princess Yue was born, she was very sick so her father placed her in the Water Tribe oasis and prayed to the Moon spirit to heal her. It was then that her hair turned white and she was healed. Yue believes that the moon spirit saved her life that night. Princess Yue is a very spiritual person and she has a special connection to the spirits of the Water Tribe. In the end of the 1st season, Yue gave her life to save the water spirit, because some of it’s life was in her. She is now the water spirit. Princess Yue is betrothed to marry a Water Tribe warrior, Hahn. Although she doesn't love him, she believes marrying him is the right thing to do for the sake of her tribe.
